Kerrie Louise, Creative Director Innovation & Learning Architect
Experience & Achievements:
With over two decades of people-focused expertise, Kerrie brings her knowledge as an Entrepreneur, former Criminal Justice Community Manager, Learning & Development designer, and e-learning expert, currently pursuing her Master's in Teaching for Lifelong Learning to enhance inclusion for neurodivergent individuals.
As a qualified trainer and CIM member, her expertise spans cultural and social-emotional intelligence, innovation frameworks, and behaviour change strategies, grounded in her degrees in Social Care, Criminology, and post-graduate research in Community Justice.

After experiencing burnout while navigating her own neurodivergent journey, and juggling motherhood, Kerrie established Brand Up Boss Enterprise to drive meaningful organisational change and promote inclusive leadership and wellness.
Her mission is to create supportive environments that empower individuals to thrive, ensuring that both leaders and teams can cultivate wellbeing and resilience in the workplace.
